There is no such thing as "reform Islam", and while there is a reform Judaism, some have female Rabbis. If you want more orthodoxy, then women do not sit with men during prayer time. But they will not be beaten for doing so, like they would in Islam, or be in fear of being raped for not having their head uncovered.
As I said before, Islam got a lot of it from Judaism and Christianity, and then went way off the deep end with their passions. While the other two have dropped some of the mysogynist points of view, they have not dropped them all, which is unfortunate.
Put a woman in a sack, give her 50% voting rights, beat her if she goes out of line. And it gets worse...much worse. I recommend the book "Infidel" to see how bad it really gets.
