Must all be proven?

In our western world today, we choose atheism as the logical path to live and believe.
Atheism is based on science, lack of belief in God, and evolution.
My question isn't defining what an athiest believes (so please don't reply with arguments directing towards the belief of atheism), but my question is must all be proven?

Do we need evidence to believe in something?
For proving the supernatural no longer makes it supernatural.
Have any of you walked on the Moon? No? Then how do you know you can do that?

And my question for evolution is...

If evolution is the foundation for life's existence, can anyone give me an example or show me how any species has naturally developed new information on its DNA?

If evolution is true, why is there no ape/man in existance today?

We see neat patterns and believe that's what happened, but does it always work like that?

Evolution holds no great proof. It's still a theory as religion is.

No, we don't need evidence to believe in something. We need evidence to know it's true.
We cannot just go out on a limb and say that when we find a twenty dollar bill it's the work of God. No, we rationalize and think. Maybe somebody dropped it? Was it that guy in front of you? Perhaps it's been here this whole time? I do not believe in something unless there's evidence for it, or else I just keep pondering whether or not it's true.

No, I have not walked on the moon. But you cannot walk on the Moon, first of all. You must skip. We have proof of this because of many, many videos. Not to mention the prisms put up on the Moon by... I forgot what mission it was... building them on the Moon.

And, no, we can't. Evolution is a hundreds of thousands of years process. We cannot root back to about 150 years and find changes in animal DNA; that's about the only time they decided to record anything in history. So we have to wait a long, long, long time until we can say for sure that evolution exists.

And, no. You're incorrect. If evolution is proven correct, idiotheists would still reject the idea and say that it's all wrong. Plus, there are plenty of people out there (including today's Pope) that believe God and evolution have a relationship with each other. In other words, they think that part of the Bible is wrong and that evolution is indeed true, as well as God.
