Having been raised as a fundamentalist, I am aware of several ways in which they promote their agenda. I am convinced that many who don't have a first-hand experience with this "movement" fail to realize the full extent and seriousness of this. Some of my friends on the right are in a panic because they believe "death panels" are being created. I find it interesting as well as unsettling that people actually fall into believing these things. If people can be led in crazy directions like this in droves, what effect does that have on the future of Separation of Church and State?
I tend to believe that we are going to see an upset in our political party system as the religious right fights to take control of the our political system.
Does anyone else see it this way?
The american religious right share much with the taliban.
They used to be funny but I'm not laughing anymore, they flex their political muscle and negate the good that america once did.
Aids prevention prgrams that only support abstinence, pah.
Stopping stem cell research double pah.
Attempting to prevent abortion while decrying the lower class masses hypocrits.
But worst of all they try to teach creationist lies in school, so trying to drag one of the most progressive countries back to the bronze age.
Fuckers is too weak a a phrase I name them Felchers, (look it up if you don't know what it means)
You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.
