It use to when I thought desire of the life of this world and it's adornments was evil (back when I was Muslim). I think there is a verse in the Bible that those of God don't love the world or the things in this world? Perhaps this is an alternate reason why you feel guilty?

Entertainment is healthy in my honest opinion. Just don't let it consume too much of your time.

I think it's important to be balanced in life.
