I like Tullius - send him home. Ulfric was a prick, though. I've seen much better characters (outside of video games) who touted the same ideas he did and were much more charismatic and charming. It takes some bigot balls to follow a man like that.
Totally agree about Mr. Jarl Whiterun though, whose name I cannot spell from memory right now.

Never done the quest from the imperial side, every time I approach tulius he treats me to his assholery, and the lack of respect for "the nord kings... oh, I mean 'Jarls'" by their officers just disgusts me. Then Ulfric chimes in with severe racism together with all of his bloody soldiers.
