Perhaps I need new glasses. Would you kindly quote the Scot persecution of Jews?
When Groucho Marx was saying he would not belong to a country club that would have him as a member Catholics were asking What are country clubs? Neither indicate US persecution of Jews or Catholics.
Quote:Quote:OK. I read about the ultra-orthodox being against Zionism in Israeli newspapers. I also read the Zionists gave the Orthodox in general control over all religious matters in Israel so they would shut up about their opposition to Zionism. Again, newspapers both israeli and jewish making it up.
The reason of course it before the 1967 war the majority of the Jews in the world read their literature and knew is said Messiah first and then return to Israel. Therefore they did not support return. It is right their in their scripture.
I am also aware of the post 1967 new cult of religious zionism. it is sort of amusing with several hundred thousand war criminals in their squatter towns in occupied Palestine.
If I knew you needed a complete lecture on the subject I might have suggested a few URLs. But since you are so against what news sources both israeli and jewish say I do not know what sources you might accept.
All I know about Israel I learned from Israelis, Jews or both.
Lemme see the links to the Israeli newspapers that say the Orthodox (not just the one cult that I previously mentioned) are against zionism.
I said I learned from them. I did not say kept and indexed years of material. Nor do I keep track of christian, jewish or muslim sects. So without numbers or fraction of population any such tracking is meaningless anyway. Do you not know such demands have been discredited for decades?
Don't believe me. I don't care. I will continue to recite what I have learned.
