If that is your best understanding of the scriptures why do you even try. Did the crime boss create this store owner, did he start the business, no, so rightfully he has no say other than he takes it, much like Satan.
So, in other words, what makes mafia extortion wrong is not the violence and coercion and malice of the act, but rather that the mafia boss didn't create the shopowner? If the mafia boss did create the shopowner and/or his shop, he would then possess the moral authority to injure, kill, or steal from the shopowner?
