Its minimal requirements is complicated enough to be created by intelligence
and you failed to give a counter example.

I don't need to give a counter example to something that was asserted without evidence in the first place. Though, you know, I did: all those entirely replicated changes in animals I linked to up above- all more complex than a simple cell- happened without a guiding intelligence.
