Yeah but when I always used to invoke God, I used to invoke Him for things totally beyond my control which is actually not a very good etiquette as I found out later. But anyway, I'll give you an example, when I was younger everyone in my class had to do a class presentation on something, but I delayed preparing mine out of procrastination until the actual night before when I realized I'm not even ready to do it and I fucked up bad. So I spent half the night praying that the teacher wouldn't even be there and that I won't have to do it, bearing in mind he was there for every day of the last few weeks, so more than half the class have already done their presentation. When the next morning came, he sat us all down and told us that he is going to a conference that morning, so the lesson will be taken over by a sub, and presentations are cancelled for the day. Now, people can insinuate all they want but for me, that's a blatant answer to my prayer. And this wasn't the only time this kind of thing happened either. So, I feel my experiences clearly shows- at least to me- that belief and sincerity in a divine response does produce fruition.
