I have read the first page before replying to you. He stated that everyone should have interest in the sexlifes of people who commit criminal offences - he gave this as a reply to why the religious are so interested in peoples sexlifes during a debate on religious biggotry towards homosexuals - hence (maybe not even willingly) framing homosexuality as something one should have interest in because it is a offence.
