You've already been shown the research that it does, liar.
Quote:yes, they have the tool but no the data
It is like you having a compass, from where you will know why and where to go.
They have the data too; they were at the point they return to when they were born.
Quote:Assumed that you were born in Japan, then grew up and went with your parents to France
Why will you decide suddenly that you want to go back to Japan?
And what is Japan for you anyway?
then while you were traveling you faced the black sea, why and how will you go around that sea and still make it to Japan?
Assume you're a little eel. The world is vast and wide, and full of predators that want to kill you and eat you. You need to breed, though... what chance will your babies have against all that?
But you know of one place in the world that's safe enough to survive in; after all, you were born there and you survived. And you know where that spot is, because when you were last there the magnetite in your brain picked up the magnetic field of the earth, as it is wont to do, and you can remember what that was like. So you travel there, knowing that the predators in that place aren't enough to kill eel babies.
Meanwhile those eels that spawn elsewhere have their babies eaten by predators, so their lineage dies out. But yours continues, because you remembered the safe place, and your family returns there, time and again, to ensure the survival of your genetics. All because your instincts- honed by this process of natural selection for millions of years before you- gave you the ability to use your magneto-sense and find your way back home.
Have I been clear enough with how this works, yet?

If you persist with this foolery after reading this post, you certainly are.
