Mentality of a Troll

Probably true... but is it the only cause of trolling?

After all... I am anonymous (do to internet factor)... and yet I don't have any desire to be a complete asshole (/troll?). So I think that trolling is not only due to anonymity... but a desire to troll. Im intrigued by this desire... i don't see why anyone would want to behave in this fashion... yet obviously people do.
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
