If you read most of his posts, I think one can have a valid concern that he might be preparing to blow himself up in some public space, when he is not present on the forum.

I would have to read through the code of law concerning the specifics, but I think if you claim to have a degree from a certain place here and you dont it falls under the category of fraud.
