I read about something like that a few month ago in a paper. In Therean, there use to be a kind of tradition on the final day of the summer semester of unis on which students would get water pistols and buckets and stuff and then have a little water fight.

It was banned by the supreme leader as unislamic.

They ban alot of things which are fun, not just alcohol and oral sex. Dancing, pictures and alot of aother stuff are also forbidden by alot of muslim sects. Shia and Suni.
