Ahh, Apo reminded me of adapted classics (although I have to disagree somewhat on which version of Jane Eyre to like best)
Keira Knightly was a pearl of light in the newest Pride & Prejudice. She perfectly encapsulated the arch and quick-witted Elizabeth. It's true the movie didn't hold as true to the books as previous version word for word (or character for character) but on a whole I enjoyed the movie so much more than all the other versions...I think because the extraneous was removed and the whole movie is drenched in the same glow Keira had.
