But having a higher chance of reintegrating into society is better than having no chance at all.
And statistics show that the main reason for crime is unemployment and lack of education.
Anyway, we are more about crime prevention here by financing projects inhard hit ereas. I am confident in saying that it works since we have low crime rates.
Though here, it's somewhat of a ....minority problem, as I'm sure its the same in your country, with "Turks" and other immigrants constituting the majority of your prisons. This gives it a slighty different undertone than just education.
