That's what [i]should[/] happen, but it won't. You know as well as I do that business managers would cook the books a bit to show that each employee is contributing less than what they actually do. Not to mention that it would be overly complicated to base wages upon productivity. The easy way out is a minimum wage law, which while not perfect, is necessary.
Well, it is to say, everyone contributes in their own way.
Indeed, I do support a minimum wage. Here, we do have minimum wage.
It's applied differently though, to people who are under 18 and above 18.
