When I needed counselling and couldn't afford a private counsellor (FUCK £150 for 30 mins!), and couldn't afford to wait for an NHS one (there's a long waiting list, and I wasn't a priority because I earn more than a certain amount) I contacted a charity called Mind who got back to me pretty fast and offered me 12 free weekly counselling sessions.

I suggest you look online for similar charities that operate in your area and contact them and ask what help they can offer you.

You can also contact me any time. I'm not a counsellor, but I have Samaritans training and I'm an awesome listener. Smile
