Back when I was in the 82d, a soldier in my batt had his arm shot to shit in a MOUT live fire exercise. (All that is is room to room close quarters combat...ala SWAT.) Even then I thought if this can happen without the fear of an enemy, what would happen with one around?
These SWAT teams train hard to be effective, but eviction papers shouldn't be presented at the business end of a M-16.
