LOL, perhaps you need your friend to join then. You guys can make claims of victory all you want, it won't change a thing.
"Eternal" is incorrect. Your scenario is equivalent to appealing a life sentence when you were only sentenced to 30 days.
Your "witnesses" and exhibits are incomplete and/or misrepresented.
You're so accustomed to your hubris that you latch on to anything that gives you confirmation bias.
Go over your notes and refile your case so that I may properly rebut your points. As of now, your case is still irrelevant...
