Where did i say that? I said not all of us are made pure. Meaning Those who do not except the attoning sacrifice Christ made, as not made pure. I did not put a time line on anything.

If we are made "pure" by our beliefs and righteousness how did that change from before in moses' time?

I said my righteousness is not tied to whether or not I sin anymore.
My righteousness/purity is tied to the purity of Christ because I simply accepted his invitation to attone for my sin. Meaning He took my sin debt upon Him, and in exchange gave me His righteousness and Purity so that i may be able to stand before the Father and have the Holy Spirit indewell me without being consumed.

If you are pure from sin then you would have no spark upon which to build a sinful action. So christians don't sin. Hmm doesn't follow to well in reality does it?

either you did not read what I wrote or you simply do not understand the meaning of the word change and how it relates to God's character or Law.

If you wish to argue this point then please focous your attention on how God's Law or God's Character has changed in provideing us access to the Holy Spirit.
