Abiogenesis is of peripheral relevance to evolution at best, because we know evolution is reality. Whether or not abiogenesis is, won't change that. Just because abiogenesis has not been confirmed doesn't mean we should put a chapter on "magical deity snapped supernatural fingers and stuff lived" as a placeholder.
