Of coarse I addressed it to you. But just like Hiroshima, the old city is gone, neither old city was rebuilt, new ones were put in their place. The World Trade Center could have been rebuilt exactly like they were, yet the new ones would not be the the old ones, just because a place keeps it's name does not mean it's the same as the old one.
