Plus, there's not a lot to interviewing for a sales job at a car dealership. If you seem like you've got an outgoing personality, they'll give you a shot. The risk is pretty low for them. You'll get a few low checks while your training, but after that, if you don't produce, you'll quit. They won't even have to fire you. Commission has its upside from an employer's standpoint.
