I've known many people who were conspiracy nuts and no matter what evidence you give them that refutes their belief they can always say, "Well, of course! That is what 'they' want you to believe!" I had a friend who wouldn't sign up for a Fred Meyer card because he didn't want the government to get his information. I guess he forgot about the documents he signed at the DMV when he picked up his license. Toxic Con Trails is another fun theory along with mind control drugs that they put in vaccinations.
