No. You're exactly correct.
The probability of an event that has occurred is 1.0
Highly unlikely events happen all the time.
So the argument is specious.
The necessary events that would be needed to get the process of cellular life started, (hydrophobic/lipophilic phospho-lipid protein self-assemblage) has been demonstrated in the lab, more times than anyone could count. That doesn't even qualify as an "unlikely event". It's actually, more probable than not. Given millions of years, it would be a virtual certainty.
