Purchasing One's Atheism Cheaply

While this may not be popular post, there is a grain of truth to the OP. The arguments in favor of atheism are overwhelming, while atheism and its proponents have become much more prominent in recent years. Its quite easy to win debates on the subject without developing any real intellectual depth. To call yourself an atheist and defend the position used to be much harder than it is now. Much less independent thinking is required because the best talking points have already been pointed out by people like Richard Dawkins. Those of us who came before had to figure it out for ourselves.

LOL. Thanks but I'm only 32. When I came of age, AOL was dominant and the Internet as you know it was in its infancy. I learned much more through introspection and debate than anything someone else wrote.
