You might want to find a more reliable source. Typical floor heights in skyscraper construction are between 12 and 15 feet.
Steel and structurally reinforced concrete maybe, now tell us how thick it would have to be to create the floors out of mud brick or Unreinforced "Roman concrete." The floor structure itself would have to be at least ten feet.
Drich needs to tell us how this tower could have been been constructed without using modern materials. Otherwise, he should stick to playing gin rummy with his imaginary friend jesus.
