I would be perfectly happy to go out with a Christian girl if she let me debate or argue with her about her beliefs pretty much 24/7, but I sincerely doubt that that would ever happen or that it's at all practical. That's the only reason I say no to it.
Of course it's an obvious point that there are 'kooky' women from all beliefs. I'm not stupid lol. There are some 'kooky' people (of both sexes) from all religions and all cultures and everything, I thought that was common knowledge.
My question was in order to find out how many other atheists felt the way I do about going out with the religious(Christians in the example I used). I know it's nothing whatsoever to do with the definition of atheism (obviously!!) and I know that there will be atheists who fall into both camps. I just asked purely out of curiosity to find out how many on these forums, what other atheists feel about the whole matter here.
