No, pocaracas was right. M theory, which is the theory that "encapsulates" all of the separate string theories, requires 10 spatial dimensions, so it needs 11 total. God is never part of the equation, because there is no evidence for such a thing beyond the whimsical musings of flaccid imaginations.
