I work hard to help make my company profitable and fair, and I help them save many times my salary so they can hire others. I majored in Economics and Industrial MGT in college so I understand which kind of businesses that I should support with my dollars. I vote the best I can with the choices I'm given. I give business ideas freely to others for their use. I give advice to the youngsters on how to best choose a career and how to build resumes.
I once ran a computer business with employees.

All in all, I do my share. What have you done other than to con people out of 10% of their income?

I've owned my own business for the last 10 years in the past 4 I bought into a franchise oppertunity to sell and service a specific brand of refrigeration equipment. We currently employ 7 people but have upto 15 for certain jobs. We make an effort to give people a second or even a third chance when they need it and if they can do the job. We have a recovering alcholic, 2 recovering drug people, one exdrug dealer (not corner sales, but massive shipments) one guy who has been to prision for really bad things, up to a few weeks ago a army vet, and then me and my wife. (my dad also has a spin off business where we/he sells refrigerated cargo vans.)

As far as wheat i have done for soceity/man Kind I am currently filing for two patents that will completely change my instustry, and how pershiable items/food gets delievered to warehouses, stores and restraunts. with 4 major evolutions of this project currently in development.

Once I get 'patent pending status' The plan is to open up manufacturing, and start processing some of the orders/commitments we have already taken.

If that happens, and we have the funds I'll invite anyone who wants to come and see what God has done for me for themselves long as they agree to a Sunday morning church service and are willing to goto a 'brunch' where we can do all of what we do here face to face.

What i plan for the future? If everything works out we will have to hire at leadt 5 more people to assemble componets, one or two more office workers, and a sales man who is willing to travel.

In addition to porportionally give back to God a measure of what I have been given, I want to have some videos made that better illustrate some of the things we all have discussed here. Like creation/evolution, noah's Ark, and some of the other major often use atheist arguements. Then I would like to either fund/find a church that focouses on answering questions. Most tend to focous on conversion and growing in size. I want to establish something that maybe is on line based that allows people to bring legitmate questions and concerns as to why they are not or can not be christian, and have someone work with them and answer questions.

Thoughts on other possiable outreaches:
When my wife and I were dealing with 'our' drug problem, I found it to be an extremely harsh experience. Because addicts generally marry adicts, and the spouce is viewed as apart of the problem. I want to help those who's spouces or children fall into drug use somehow, and dont really have the money or resources to get the help or support they need.

I want to reach out to those who maybe are growing up like I did. Not stupid, but their brains are wired differently. because of that they tend to fail in a traditional class room setting, but if given the correct inputs can work on a level far above and beyond their peers.

I guess over all I want to help those who have fallen through the cracks in life. Those who have a hard time fitting into life like everyone else.
