If anyone is going to work for me, he or she must be clean. Some companies are not even okay with hiring smokers, let alone those who do drugs.
What does legality have to do with it?
Its like, would you hire a criminal? Someone with a record? Would you employ a sex-offender? Similarly, drugs carry a stigma upon them. I don't think that anyone would hire a person like that.
