For anyone following this:
the links to creationist papers in Statler Waldorf's post 115 contain 4 papers (links # 2,3,4,and 7), all by the same guy, Jeffrey Tomkins, who actually has a PhD in genetics and actually knows something about the field of genomics. His papers also actually bear some resemblance to primary research- comparative genomics. No actual benchwork here, but definitely some work using genomic database tools. Is it primary research? I'll allow it as such.
Still reading through # 2 carefully- there are some immediate problems both with his characterization of the evolutionary perspective, and with his parameters for his homology searches. Can anyone spot them?
I'll post more at length when I've read it thoroughly.
