Sincerity around here is a rare occurrence. But, I'll accepted it graciously! Your points are valid, and duly noted.
Some take my aggressiveness as hostility. Its not. Feel confident that my own family has pointed this out to me repeatedly over the years.
I'm an intimidating personality. Mostly because of where I've worked for 24 years. I have a temper but it vents easily, and quickly.
Thanks for your concern and honesty... I'm a work in progress sensitivity-wise.
