Your picture is of the 4th incarnation or 4th city named tyre. which was built 1/2 a mile from the old city (Of which the remains in the forground are of the second city that Rome destroyed)

That is like claiming York in England and New york USA are the same because they share the word York.

Or Orlando, Fl and Orlando, Tenn are the same city because it shares a name.

Ezekiel's tyre and the picture you posted have one thing in common, they are both named tyre. That's it, but I guess that is enough for someone with a closed mind desperatly trying to hanging on to a technicality.
