Of course I chose the path of vulgarity. I'm a vulgar person, even by non-archaic, Turkish standards. I don't have foolish hangups that attempt to preserve my ego-fueled, sanctimonious facade. I chose to edit it out because it was another direct attack on you that wouldn't look good with our new rules we implemented. You know, lead by example and all that.

If you think there is a prize to be won by arguing over the internet, I'd suggest re-examining your priorities.

No, not just over the internet. There is a prize in every argument. Always something else to discover. I enjoy picking arguments especially when done over the internet, they give you quite a lot more time to re-think your position, and adopt new concepts, or integrate them if they are applicable with your views.
Just to say, I have no real stakes here, it really matters little to me if you choose to adopt my stance, I'm just trying to figure out what on earth could make me adopt your stance.

I think it is you who are offended by me who preaches inequality. And I stand by that word, since its the truth.

The very simple fact is that NOBODY has or ever will be able to show how heterosexual marriage is harmed in any way, shape, or form by allowing gay people to get married as well. And like I pointed out, if you keep banning gay marriage it's not going to force gay people back into the closet, so why be a dickhead and continue to refuse them the legal benefits of marriage?

But it is in fact an action taken against the marital institution we know of. Marriage, as I've stated in the previous pages, have always been between a man and a woman, with the obvious goals of creating a basis for the family institution. You want to do away with that concept, and create an entirely new concept. One that does away with the traditional family values that marriage espoused, one that does away with the social and moral values that marriage espoused, and create an empty concept that is up to the individual to fill in. Not one that is decided on the basis of social benefit and relevance.

But on the other hand, if the legal benefits is all that you seek, it can be done under a different context. However you are not even open to discussion about the subject, it is always about what you want.
Besides, gay marriage was never banned, because such a concept never existed. You just made it up out of thin air.
