You believe that light propagates at different speeds relevant to observers moving at different velocities I am merely taking the position that it propagates at different speeds for observers at different positions. One is no weirder than the other; relativity is just counterintuitive at times. The problem is that you insist on adhering to a purely Newtonian understanding of such things.

You are truly ignorant. The speed of light in a vacuum is invariant. It does not change - the observer's perception changes.
