Both are fictional, in that they're both man-made concepts
Both are immensely huge.
Both are powerful.
Both enjoy destroying human cities and civilizations.
Both hinder mankind's progress on more than one occasion.
Both have questionable moral judgment.
Both are tribal gods, each preferring to terrorize their own chosen people.
Both hate and crush any potential would-be rival.
Both have sons who are outwardly more benign towards humans.
