Yeah, the media do love stories like this and only the most extreme Muslims make the news. The few Muslims I do know are very moderate and would never dream of causing problems for an employer.

However at the other extreme people are afraid of being called racist when dealing with Muslims. There are also genuinely racist groups over here that also make the news a lot.
