Sorry, but your post is a massive fail. The murderous dictators you mentioned share far more in common with religious people (an all-encompassing ideology that required a massive dose of "faith"; spurious appeals to authority; the branding and persecution of "heretics"; killing perceived enemies of the faith/state, etc.).
Name one atheist who killed in the name of atheism. Name one secular humanist who killed in the name of secular humanism.
