Yes indeed. I have first been a part of the organisation in Germany, and took a break when I came back to Turkey. But now in the university I am once again a part of the organisation.

You do realize that the Grey Wolves were funded by America to keep out the communists? If they ever did come to power the US would not hesitate to clean up its mess & invade Turkey.

I know too many people of those times to say that its not true.
The communists in Turkey love to bring up such nonsense in order to cover up the fact that many of their prominent members received training in foreign camps, and have been fervent Soviet/China(in case for maoists) supporters, whereas we were hostile towards US intersts(capitalism) as much as we were hostile towards USSR interests(communism).
However due to the intensive polarisation that existed in world politics due to Soviet aggression, we were forced to throw in our lot with the NATO.
They(the leftards) called us "statists" as much as the anarchists today use the word, they too were as such. They were known to rob banks and kidnap people. We on the other hand have both fought the communist sympathizers within the state, and the communists on the streets and universities.
The coup that came in 1980 completely eradicated communism. But they also targeted us. Many of our brethren were hanged. Some also say that this was done in order to trigger the coup. No. Without the existence of communism, why would there be need for us to fight them? It was the communist who has with its antics forced us to react. They were having dreams about driving the country into a civil war from which they would emerge victorious and establish their communist state, just as with all communist revolutions, they were going to spill the blood of hundreds of thousands of people.
We only killed very little in comparison of what they had in mind, and we only killed those who have been known to killed our brethren, or attacked policemen, soldiers and/or other civil servants.
Still, our organisation survived, whereas the communists died out. Their existence is only marked by a few fringe groups now, not worthy of attention, so they joined the Kurdish terrorists or became "social-democrats".
As an organisation, we have never directly received monetary funding from the US in any way, whereas the government did, obviously, but it was done in almost any country that faced any forms of communist threat at the time. Thankfully, those times are over, and we can direct our attention to the other enemy, liberal capitalism and cosmopolitanism.

As for the US, they cannot even clean up Afghanistan, which was their mess, they're planning to pull out. The US can only do one thing right, which is to fight proxy wars, which is why they won the cold war. But they do not have the will and national integrity to support a real war against anyone.
America will eventualy fall on its own, just like the Soviet Union.
Globalist, internationalist ideologies like Capitalism and Communism are systems that are destined to fail.
