My parents were the ones that selected Anchorman 2. The love bellylaughs. I really don't. But, oddly, I came out of the movie somewhat liking it, whilst my parents emerged rather offended. Mostly based on the dinnertable scene, where Ron B. kept making racist or otherwise problematic statements. I wasn't offended at the least because the black actors did portray offense. If they didn't, I agree with my parents, it would be a bit hard to sit through.
My only huge beef, besides the pointless violence at the end, was that something in the narration misled me to believe the movie was ending about an hour before it actually did, so I got pretty antsy.
