RE: How do Muslims know which Hadiths to follow

Shiite clerics learn the science of hadith in Islamic schools.
Examine whether the hadith is according to Quran. If it is not canceled.
Examine , narrator of Hadith who? Has he been a loyal and faithful Muslim?
Consider whether it is consistent with reason and logic?
In practice, saw the fallacy in this science.
I see Mullahs accept many hadiths that not according to Quran, or is not logic.
Also, I think many refused hadiths by Mullahs have been said originaly by Mohammad and Imams but mullahs compaire those with modern science and have rejected them.why?
Shiites say the Prophet and the Shiite Imams were omniscient.
If you tell a Shia , Newton discovered the laws of mechanics, say our Imams knew it.
If you tell a Shia , Pasteur discovered microbes, say our Imams knew it.
