Sorry I just find it hard to swallow that you'd leave her if something happened to her, just because she's not attractive to you anymore.
Like say she gets an infection in her jaw or ear or something, something totally feasable within her lifetime--and it creates a facial palsy. She's still your wife but half her face is limp and she can't smile, soooo you just leave her? What happened to in sickness and in health? Or lets say she gets put on a medication pertinent to her well-being --like prednisone-- and gains a bunch of weight? Or if she has a baby and she packs some extra pounds and a full belly scar having your children? Just gonna abandon the ugly B for a new hottie, huh?

If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
