The only requirement to get into heaven is to give yourself to Yahweh. Jesus says deeds are good too, but the bible also says your good deeds are like filthy rags. Chances are, Hitler is in heaven because he believed he was doing Yahweh's work.
All you need is to be a christian, but since there are tens of thousands of different denominations, there's a very vague view of what you really need to do. aside from just believe in Jesus or Yahweh.
Those requirements are ridiculous and I think you would agree with me here since you describe yourself as an anti-theist.
