Bishop setting up group to fight off 'evil forces' and recite prayers of exorcism
Oh dear. The Catholic Church in Ireland getting even more ridiculous. It’s 2018 and a Bishop, no less, is going to get a group of people, a delivery ministry, to fight against evil spirits. What a complete and utter load of bollocks!

You have to expect this sort of thing from the RCC.  For all the talk of a 'modern, reformed church', these lackwits still think it's 1156.

Which part of Dublin, btw?  I lived there for almost two years.

They'll try anything to get people's minds off their scandals.

If they "fight against evil spirits" and roll a natural 20, does an earthquake swallow Vatican City in one gulp?

They’re clutching at straws. But this carry on has the potential to be harmful and dangerous. People with psychological issues thinking they’ve possessed ..etc. Your right, they still think it’s  1156.

I’m originally from Finglas but now living in what we call the sticks, Swords, North County Dublin. Which part of Dublin did u reside in?

A prayer group to fight evil?

They're praying against their own church?

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

"You did WHAT?  With WHO?  WHERE???"

Originally, Ballymena (my parents had a farm there).  Did my undergrad stuff at Queens in Belfast, then some incomplete graduate work at Trinity.  We live in New Zealand now - land of plentiful sheep and unstable surgeons.
