There is difference between being on disability and being on welfare. You have obvious difficulties in entering the work force, so much so that even if you wanted to work you would far harder pressed to find a employer that can work with those issues. Where as most people on welfare are there because they were either too irresponsible with birth control options or they are good old fashioned too fucking lazy to work.
