Actually, I'll be fair, I'm not calling you lazy, just your thinking. It's not even really your fault; our patchwork, evolved monkey brains are set up for that kind of thinking via various psychological effects, but it's something that we need to surmount, not indulge.

There's a lot here to deal with. First, you say you believe there's a realm science can't explain: how did you decide that? Without knowing the future, you can't possibly be justified in holding that opinion.
Another thing is your belief that christianity best explains these things we don't know yet; I first need to point out that "having an explanation," is not the same thing as "having the correct explanation," even if you happen to find it the most compelling. Additionally, of course christianity has the simplest explanation; it can just make recourse to god magic to explain everything, by explaining nothing. To be clear, there's no mechanism implicit in that: christianity explains what, but not how, which is what a real explanation would do.
Quote: Explain documented miracles by science.
I would say that there aren't any, least of all ones with sufficient evidence to claim a miraculous source, because even if science can't explain the events there, what you're left with is a mystery; you have no justification for claiming them to be miraculous based solely on the lack of an explanation from science. That's an argument from ignorance.
Incidentally, I don't think I've ever heard of any miracles documented by science, could you provide some links?
