Your mum won't be in paradise either: since there's no sadness in heaven and no mother worth her salt could be happy while her family is eternally in pain, the only resolution to that issue is to fundamentally alter your mother's personality so that she's no longer her.
Heaven's basically one huge mind rape. Fun, huh?
