But I thought this thread was about the preference... the diamond that shines above all other precious gems.
In that case, I prefer over everything that the person is able to have a conversation. I hate small talk. I hate to sit there and struggle to fill in the silence. I hate it when it feels like talking with someone is work. I love it when time just slips away, because the conversation was so easy, yet rich. I love it when you look at the clock and say, "Ok, I have to go, but five more minutes just so we can finish the conversation..." and then next time you look it has been 45 minutes that felt like five. A person with conversation is rich. I could do without a lot of things, but I can't live in silence. I know.
